Payment Terms for Trailtor Membership
- Subscription Fee: Customers will be charged a recurring monthly fee of £4.95, following the conclusion of the complimentary one-month trial period.
- Free Trial: A free trial period of one month will be extended to all new subscribers. During this period, subscribers can explore the service without incurring any charges. You will receive any Trailtor cards you have completed at the end of your first month.
- Trailtor cards are sent out by the 6th of the following month to the address we have on account. If you change your address you will need to inform us by the end of the month. We are not liable for any card sent to an incorrect address if you have not informed us by the end of the previous month.
- You can earn up to 10 Trailtor cards in a month.
- Payment Method: To initiate the free trial, subscribers are required to provide valid payment details, including credit/debit card information. Payment will be automatically processed each month unless explicitly cancelled by the subscriber.
- Cancellation: Subscribers have the freedom to cancel their subscription at any time without incurring penalties. Upon cancellation, access to the service will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
- Any Trailtor cards earned in the month of cancellation will be sent out in the following month.
- All Trailtor Credits must be used in the month of the cancellation. At the end of this period all Trailtor Credits will be removed.
- Trailtor Credits: Trailtor credits will be allocated to the subscriber’s account upon successful payment of the monthly subscription fee.
- Credit Expiry: Trailtor credits must be utilised within 6 months of assignment in an active membership, or in the case of a cancellation in the month of the cancellation. Any remaining credits after this period will expire and cannot be reclaimed.
- Non-Transferable: Trailtor credits are non-transferable and can only be utilised within the subscriber’s account for the specified services.
- Usage Limitation: Trailtor credits hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation. They are solely intended for use towards services provided by the subscription business.
- Modification of Terms: The subscription business reserves the right to modify these payment terms, including pricing, credit allocation, and expiry policies. Any alterations will be communicated to subscribers in advance, aligning with industry standards for transparency and consumer protection.
